How to Use the BIG

Adult Location

From Tibial Tuberosity go 2 cm IN (inner leg) and 1 cm UP (toward Knee)

Pediatric Location

From Tibial Tuberosity go 1-2 cm IN (inner leg) and 1 cm DOWN (toward foot)

The Bone Injection Gun is the only automatic Intraosseous device, enabling Intraosseous infusion in less than 60 seconds! It provides the user with an extremely rapid and effective Intraosseous access. Its spring loaded needle presents an easy and safe “position and press” mechanism providing accurate and consistent results.

The Adult Bone Injection Gun was approved by the FDA following its examinations of many x-ray which demonstrated that the impact of penetration caused no damage to the bone.

Training tips

The training kits provide the possibility to train again and again; The training kit contains: 1 reloadable Bone Injection Gun (pediatric or adult), reloading tool, foam for insertion and an extra safety latch. Also included is a product leaflet and a CD containing a presentation, films, and guidelines on how to reload the Bone Injection Gun.
